By downloading or using Sparku, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description Of Service

Sparku is a note capture app that allows you to create, organize, edit, and review notes using text, voice memos, and photos.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sparku for personal or internal lawful use, subject to these Terms.

Your Content

You are responsible for the content you create, import, record, store, or share using Sparku, including text, images, audio, and tags.

  • Do not use Sparku in a way that violates applicable law.
  • Do not upload or store content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Do not use Sparku to create or distribute harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Availability

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Sparku at any time without liability.

Permissions And Device Features

Some features require access to device services such as the camera, microphone, speech recognition, or photo library. If you deny these permissions, some features may not work as intended.

Data And Backups

You are responsible for maintaining any backups you want for your content. Unless a future version explicitly provides cloud backup or sync, your content may only exist on your device.

No Warranty

Sparku is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption resulting from your use of Sparku.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may stop using Sparku at any time by deleting the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your principal place of business or residence, unless otherwise required by local law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
