1. Acceptance

By using PrivacyVault, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Intended Use

PrivacyVault is provided for personal media storage, organization, and privacy protection. You are responsible for how you use the app and the content you store in it.

3. User Responsibility

You agree that:

• You will use the app in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
• You are responsible for any photos, videos, or other content you import, capture, export, or share
• You will keep your passcode secure

4. No Passcode Recovery

PrivacyVault does not provide passcode recovery. If you forget your passcode, protected content may become inaccessible.

5. Local Storage and Device Risk

PrivacyVault stores content locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device, backups, and access credentials.

6. Availability

Features may change, be improved, or be removed in future versions. The app is provided on an as-available basis.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use PrivacyVault:

• For unlawful storage or distribution of content
• In violation of Apple platform requirements
• To infringe the rights of others

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PrivacyVault is not liable for loss of access caused by forgotten passcodes, device failure, deletion, or user actions.
