These Terms of Service govern your use of the SnapBatch application. By downloading or using SnapBatch, you agree to these terms.
SnapBatch is provided as an offline photo export utility. You may use it only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Subject to these terms and the terms of the platform from which you downloaded the app, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapBatch for personal or internal business use.
You are responsible for the images and files you choose to process, export, save, or share using SnapBatch. You represent that you have the rights or permissions necessary to use that content.

SnapBatch is intended to be offered as a paid app. Purchase, billing, refund, and download rules may also be governed by the Apple App Store terms and policies.
SnapBatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of SnapBatch.
We may update SnapBatch and may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to SnapBatch if required by law or if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
If you downloaded SnapBatch through the Apple App Store, Apple may have additional terms that apply to your use of the app and your purchase of it.
