These Terms of Service govern your use of QuoteCraft.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using QuoteCraft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuoteCraft for your personal or internal business use.
3. App Purpose
QuoteCraft is a productivity tool designed to help users create project quotes, templates, and PDF exports. QuoteCraft does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of any data you enter into the app
- The accuracy of any quote, estimate, or PDF you export or share
- Your compliance with applicable laws, tax obligations, and client requirements
5. No Warranty for Quote Accuracy
QuoteCraft provides calculation and formatting tools only. You remain responsible for reviewing all quote totals, taxes, fees, margins, and exported content before using them in business or client communications.
6. Data and Backups
QuoteCraft is currently designed as an offline-first app with local on-device storage. The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, deletion, iOS behavior, backup issues, or user actions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuoteCraft:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading conduct
- To infringe the rights of others
- In a way that attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app beyond what is permitted by law
8. Intellectual Property
QuoteCraft, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
9. Updates
The developer may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or changes to the app at any time. Features may be modified or discontinued in future versions.
10. Disclaimer
QuoteCraft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or client disputes arising from your use of QuoteCraft.
12. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
