1. License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable platform rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Paid App Access

FocusTimer is offered as a paid app download. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your purchase provides access to the version of the app made available through the relevant app marketplace.

Marketplace billing, refunds, taxes, and purchase processing are handled by Apple under its own terms and policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where prohibited by law.
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We are not obligated to provide any specific maintenance, support, or future update schedule unless required by law.

5. Data and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for your device, your backup practices, and how you use the App. FocusTimer primarily stores data locally on your device. You are responsible for any data loss caused by device failure, deletion, reset, or backup issues.

6. Health and Productivity Disclaimer

FocusTimer is a general productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Any insights, timers, reminders, or session statistics are for personal organizational use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of FocusTimer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
